Theta has openings for senior RF IC Design Engineers
Due to growth in the company, Theta are looking to expand it's workforce and is currently looking for experienced RF IC design engineers for it's location in Athens. Engineers will be working on 90nM RFCMOS and BiCMOS technologies to 13GHz for various OFDM applications.
We are looking for people that have demonstrated experience in the following areas:
RF LNA design
RF PA Design
Frequency synthesizers (incl. fractional-N PLL design expertise)
Candidates should have experience in RF CMOS or BiCMOS processing technologies. Knowledge of digital signal processing, digital modulation techniques for OFDM radio modem is an asset.
Requirements include a solid record of achievement in IC design with 5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment and a M.Sc./Ph.D. (preferred) in Electrical Engineering
Theta Microelectronics is located at Marousi, a suburb 9km NE of Athens town centre that has easy connections to both the city and the nearby mountains and blue flag beaches.
